M$Chat is a VERY fun little client that turns everyone into a cartoon and
complete with backgrounds and expression. There are whacks of characters
available for download, even in full color.
It was for awhile called comic chat. Comic chat is best used in comic chat
rooms, not regular rooms, because ppl who don't have it have to see all
that irritating coding and besides have no ability to control their
character representation which makes it boring.
It's available with the win98 installation.
