My DOS 2.11 successfully switched from 2099-12-31 23:59 to 2100-1-1
00:00, but in some time displays it replaced the 1 from 2100 with a
strange punctuation symbol. And files created in 2100 have a 3-digit
year display in the DIR output (!).
