Hi Or,

}- I think you refer to me, and I was not talking about taking
}- out MS-DOS 7 out of Windows 95. MS-DOS 7 do not have any
}- multi-tasking ability.

Oops, I guess I did misunderstand, and of course you're correct.

}- Ever seen a DOS multi-tasker/task-switcher? Once a certain
}- hot-key is pressed, a menu of the manager is displayed, which
}- allow you to perform all types of functions. Making such a
}- launcher menu should be possible.

Oh yes, OpenDOS's multitasker and Desqview...

}- They call it a hot-key. Its very possible to make a small
}- launch menu that is availble on a press of a hot-key.

Yes. now I understand what you meant <grin>.

}- Now, as far as the techincal "how to do it" stuff goes, I have
}- no idea. :)

Nor do I, but I thought it might be fun to try. And M$ has
nothing to worry about from me, I only wanted to try it to see if
I can do it, not profit from it.

}- BTW, exactracting Win9x modules and drivers from Win9x to be
}- used on DOS could be usefull, for example, for FAT32 support.

Yes, it could be very useful.

Thanks :)
Boanne
