  I ran across a few pages here and there that I had to read a few times be
for I figured out what they wore about.
  The dos that comes whith win95 is a misterious thing to me.  I think it is
the lack of good documentation accompaning it.
  There is a c:\windows\command\start.exe I havent a clue what it does.
