I really need your help with this one.
I've lost my icq password, so I go to retrieve it from www.icq.com/password
I am going to take the risk and put the password in this message as a type
of challenge for you to get in to my account, because I can't, and here is
why.
I enter my icq number in the space provided.
29945187
After pressing the send button I was told that the password would be sent
to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Hours later I got a message in my email from icq support saying here is
your password. Your password is modem98
Now the really wierd thing is that when I enter my details in to the icq
program and tell it that I want it to use an existing icq number, and then
type in my icq number 29945187, and then the password modem98 with no
punctuation and capslock turned off, no spaces, no nothing, just what was
shown in the email, I get a password error!
Icq is great except for wen you have a problem like this and as one person
has said to me earlier this year, icq don't do phone support and their
email support, at best, is rather lame.
Go on. See if you can hack or get in to my account and you'll see what I
mean!
remember, the icq number is 29945187 and the password is modem98
