Has anyone tried to access ftp.agate.net lately (the host of Tvdog's
page)? Someone in comp.sys.tandy mentioned they couldn't get a file
they needed so I took a look myself. Couldn't gain access.
First I thought maybe Tvdog's site was removed but when I tried to
ftp to ftp.agate.net it said 'anonymous login denied' or
'user anonymous unknown'.
It would seem that it's off-limits to anyone without a password.
Don't know if this is a temporary glitch at Agate or some new thing.
Man, I wish I had a stable income (or any at all for that matter)
so I could find a new home for the DOS Internet and Tandy 1000 pages,
which we talked about a long time ago.
As some of you may or may not know he's off in another part of the
country working and hasn't had the time to maintain the pages in quite
awhile.
I had his new address(es) but they're backed up on tape and the tape
drive doesn't work with this Tandy. :-(
