my web host(one I use), has hosting starting with 20 megs,
yourname.addr.com for $7.95 a month.  Including CGI access.
www.addr.com.
   www.xoom.com gives unlimited space with their free hosting
accounts now, but you have to put up with a nasty added advertising
frame at hte top of the page.  But it would keep information up.
