That means that programs will have to be 2-color compatible.
(you cant use colors on such a tablet due to obvious reasons. Its
either "flat" or "up" surface. "Black&white only").

Would implementing a brail chanset for such a tablet instead of
english or whatever would be a smart move?

About the hardware problem, I dont think that its much of a problem
to make such a tablet. And the mouse is not necessary. With such
a "touch-tablet" you can move objects and so on with just the hands
and fingers. "moving a window" sure will get a new meaning.. :)

Only problem will be to make is cheap (compared to the price of most
blind-aid computer devices today.)
