Easy.  A totally voice activated system.  As long as
the user is just blind, and is not deaf.
  Think "Star Trek" here.  "Computer, connect to Internet".
"Computer check e-mail" then the computer would tell you how many
messages you have.  "Computer, read e-mail."  , etc.
   I think in the not too far future, this will happen,
since the voice software is getting better.  But of course,
it requires a faster, newer machine.  That's the down side.
