I met a man that was first with a simular idea back in 93 or 94. He was
making one for the entire screen (and it was just supposed to be attached
on the screen, so the blind user could use any computer he or she wanted -
don't ask me how it worked since he just showed it to me not explaining
it). I have no idea what happened to this idea, he was just a guy that was
trying to get us (at that time) 14/15 year old kids to be interested in
inventing things. Some of the stuff he showed us I have a hard time not
believing beeing out on the market, probably PR problems.
