[SURVPC] Bits and bytes

There's something that I need to know, so this seems like the best
place to ask:

If I want to convert a number in MegaBits to MegaBytes, do I need to
divide the Bits by 8?

For example, 4MegaBits equal 0.5MegaBytes?
