I have just gotten an NEC Versa E(second hand) and I called their Tech
support number and they gave me directions to things on their site,
software, specs, stuff. 1-800-632-4525 (abuse it and lose it)
So, try calling them direct :-)
also, the site was at ftp.neccsdeast.com Lots of nice utilities. they
were also able to tell me the correct model name for my machine, which was
much different from anything written on the case.
