If it's in your interest I had a class last week two days (a total of 13
hours excluding lunch) where the lecturer was one of the top guys in UI
design in Europe today that the school had flown up to us. (Or atleast
that's what he was presented as - but he seemed to have worked on enough
big things to make it sound true that he was very good). He didn't seem to
like TI (Text Interface) much since he seemed to be anoyed when I brought
that and other stuff up - but at the end he asked if noone had anything
that could be debated so perhaps he liked it, who knows?
But, the thing is NOT the interface but how it works (or in this case
actually DOESN'T work). I can understand why most users would like a GUI
but do they really want one that crashes often?

I'll check it out since UI will come on the final exam, thanks! :)
