This is a combo GUI API which resides over the top of X-windows. At the
present time it works just ducky on 10Mb/s Ethernet. And is very fast
with switched 100MB/s Ethernet.
We will be doing bench mark testing of it using a hybrid WAN with a
series of packet sniffers and routers in about a month. After that we
should know how well it will work with low-speed wireless data modems &
narrow-band RF freqs.
Then we should be able to offer some suggestions on Eko's Cybercafe
ideas. Since the demo application is designed for restaurant POS
operations :)
