Er.. isnt that what just about any self-respecting powerful program
do under DOS do anyway? I'm not a programmer (well, I know 3 languages
but my code looks like spageti and i'm only basic on these, anyway.
I can make the "Hello world!" program look like the source for
Win3.x.), but everywhere I read they always say that inorder to
access many functions, many programs just bypass DOS and access the
hardware directly.
