Backup your Harddisk. Most dealers first reinstall Windows,
then format the harddisk and reinstall Windows, then get a real
technician to look at it if things still don't work. I have quite
a lot experience with this, from both sides. Personally I always
replace my harddisk with another disk I have laying around with
just a clean install of Windows. They can't complain and I don't
run the risk of losing any data. I understand this is probably not
an option for you but I do advise making good back-ups.
