   Hi.
Does anybody have positive expierence in playing *.RA or *.MP3 files through

a sounnd blaster by computer with 4 Mb RAM
and the frequency not higher then 33 MHZ ?
Could, anybody also, recommend converter under MS-DOS to convert
those files into *.WAVs ?
