Win98 has a dialup server, Don't know if win95 has.  You install and then
configure the server in the usual slow and simple w9x way.  It can run with
tcp/ip, netbuei, ipx/spx, slip and lanmanager for dos and WFW 3.11.  It
allows a max connection of one client over modem, or VPN.
