I've got an Orchid Technology: ProDesigner VGA video card, which uses
the Tseng Labs ET3000AX chip. I've downloaded the ET3000 win 3.1
drivers and in Windows it looks fine...if I can get that far.

It's been very problematic. 7 out of 10 cold or warm boots or
Ctrl+Alt+Del causes a boot error:
failute at 010000-01FFFF

The other 3 out of 10 restarts are fine.

Does this sound like a fracture of circuit board, a video BIOS
incompatability or what?
