Couldn't you just edit your usual dialup script to give the correct
responses to the juno server and download the mail packets accordingly, or
does juno require that you read mail while connected?  Juno is not
available in Canada so I'm only speculating, but it seems it would be a
typical mail server, just that they make money by inserting advertising at
the end of all incoming and outgoing letters.
