I don't use LILO, so I'm no expert on it. However, it is

Why not put a small DOS partition as three and Linux as four?
You can then boot Linux by using LOADLIN (in the DOS partition)
instead of LILO. If you have no other use for the DOS partition,
make it 2meg and boot Linux automatically from the autoexec.bat.
Alternatively, it may be possible to execute LOADLIN from your OS/2
partition (in which case you won't need a separate DOS partition).
I've never used OS/2 so I don't know if this is possible. But I
imagine OS/2 loads DOS first and then the GUI? Is it possible to
branch (via menu) to LOADLIN before the GUI starts?
