Just went back into my archives to try and find a reference
to the Amiga 1200... hmmm, there's THIS message, from the
SYNTH-L list (at American.edu)...

Or driving in downtown Denver in Mike's Volvo while having pleasant emusic
discussions.

Back when the Amigas were hip, they had a 486 card that fit in an Amiga
zorro III slot. The card ran as a full-on 486 running out of an Amiga CLI
window. It was cool, but I imagine there was emulation there as well for
system calls. I really wish BeOS well for its potential in bring the mac
and pc heads together. It'd be nice if the very best music software became
designed for BeOS first in mind, followed by mass migration.
