Here's an good question:
There are some utilities that are missing in DOS, or etleast,
just not known enough. For example, trace route. Now, I know
that there are DOS trace-route utilities outthere, but this reminded
me about something: is there a WWW site somewhere, which allow users
to use these utilities from it? I remember having a URL of one
which have allowed performing a whois and trace-route functions from
it.. would be great when i'm on a computer without these utilities
and yet need to use one.
