Hello:
I know that there are some TSR programs that may be loaded for the
purpose of popping up a user-specified text file by a key-press of
some specified key, the particular key usually being one assigned
by the user for this purpose.
Can anyone recommend an especially good freeware or shareware TSR
program that works especially well for this purpose? A most
preferable TSR would of course be one that has a very low appetite
for eating memory.
