Okay. We're all still here! Ha ha! I brought my little laptop along when
I went off out of town for the new years. After midnight I booted it up
and checked the date and the silly thing said friday, jan 04 1980 so I
corrected it to 01 01 2000 and now it's fine.
No riots, my bank account balance is still the same, I'll have to manually
change my cheques when i write them...
No power outages, shortages, bank rushes, no countries dropping off, no
missiles launching (except the ones russia keeps throwing at those poor
kosovars) and nothing but lots of great fireworks in major cities all over
the world.
