Test programs do not check hardware lines, they will simple check IRQ vectors
ridirection, this means: software is well configured but hardware not.
In order to check hardware you sould:
1) generate an interrupt
2) check the interrupt handler chip to control if the line activated by interrutp
is the correct one.
