Its SYSTEM.INI. The shell=progman.exe line.
Change it to:
shell=calmira.exe
and include the full path to the file if Calmira is not located
inside the Windows directory.
(if Windows is on C:\WINDOWS and Calmira on C:\UTIL\CALMIRA , then:
shell=c:\util\calmira\calmira.exe
That's it. :)
