There's a Task Manager program in Win3 upwards. It's summoned with Ctrl-Esc
or [-]->Switch To... and can be changed by altering the line
TASKMAN.EXE=TASKMAN.EXE (or TASKMGR maybe, but I think it's MAN) in
SYSTEM.INI (or adding it if it's not there) under the top section ([BOOT] I
think).
