Very well said, Bernie. I enjoy the freewheeling discussions here and
think it contributes to the sense of community that we enjoy here on
SurvPC. I subscribe to another closely moderated list and enjoy it
far less than SurvPC. If I did not get some good information from it
occasionally, I would abandon it because it does not have that feel.
Of course it can get out of hand, but usually when it does, this
sort of discussion begins and that has the effect of refocusing
our topics until it happens the next time. It is just the natural
flow of human communication, IMHO.
