}- via either Arachne 1.50 Insight or Outlook Express with I.E.
}- 4.01, it stops probably at least 50% of the time with an error

Hmmmmm, that doesn't sound good, I think you're right...
}- You mentioned not being able to access MailCity with Arachne,
}- but the last time I tried it I was successful. I also could
}- get into Eudoramail, CCNMail, and Excite. As far as I can
}- tell, MailCity doesn't have POP3 mail; neither do the others
}- I've mentioned nor does Hotmail.
What version of Arachne are you using? I have less trouble with
cookies on version 1.41b than on the new (1.6b1) version. Go
figure!
