L Speaker volume setings
    L0 - Lowest speaker volume
    L1 - Low speaker volume
    L2 - Medium speaker volume
    L3 - High speaker volume

M controls speaker
    M0 - Speaker allways off
M1 - Speaker ON until carrier detect
    M2 - Speaker always ON
M3 - Speaker ON anly when answering

Commands, that use numeric parameter, can be used without
numeric value. In this case the command will be issued with
a zero value.

So, if you enter ATZML, modem detects it as ATZM0L0.

It is not neccessary to set speaker volume, if you turn
speaker off anyway. ATZM is enough.
