I noticed today that normal mouses (with DIN port and without M$ "scroll"
function) are getting harder to come by. Do you think it would be good to
buy a bunch and store for later use?
I use up 2-3 mice a year - dunno why, I don't use it often and keep it as
clean as I can. My mouse for my Atari never did get bad even after several
years of heavy use - and I've tried several diffrent models as well.
I've even used the same mouse my father had on his job earlier, but even
thought we bought them at the same time mine went bad way ahead of his and
he uses his more often. Perhaps I don't use mine enough?
The other mice are atleast twice as expensive (now anyway) and are not good
in the hand (unless one perhaps can diconnect the "scroller"). Perhaps I
can get a discount if I buy 10 or so... ;-)
