Maybe there's a howto file explaining how to get rid of the scroller..
:)
So far, my favorate mouse is a small, narrow logitech mouse. (not the
one with
the rubber in the sides.). Last time when I wanted to buy a mouse for my
sister,
who used an MS mouse until it stopped working after 4 months of use, I
tried
to get her the same model, and it was very hard: Serial, 3 button, no
scroller
mouses are indeed hard to come by. I was rather suprised when I saw that
all the
new mouse models from Logitech had the scroller button. I think that its
extremly
uncomfortable, and also uncomfortable for actuall use. I dont see the
logic in
it, too. What is so hard in simply grabbing the side scroller and moving
it,
or using pageup and pagedn keys? So far I have found only 1 person that
likes
them. weird.
