Hello Bob,

Thanks for the reply.  I've already solved the problem.  I configure my
memory to use EMS instead of XMS and I load epppd high.  By loading epppd
high I get considerable memory left.  Some people think that epppd will
load high by default if it can.  This is not the case according to the
results of my experiments.  In order for epppd to load high I had to
indicate "lh epppd".  I'm still using NetDial by Marc S. Ressl.
