Well, I do know of such services.. the idea was to give "advice" of
how to take over IRC itself by using 'innovative' user-attracting ideas..
which in the same time will force all the other users to switch to that
software. :)
Just abit of sarcasm.
(MS allready tried to do it with comic chat, which was, fortunatly,
not really successful.)
