Thanks to Sam and Glenn for those helpful hints. I contacted the
'person' who originated the file - his attitude was 'Tough - send me �40
and I may convert it....'
Anyway, like you said, I've found a friend who runs this bloatware
thing and she's willing to read it in - maybe even print it. She's not
technical, so I'll have to hazard a guess to tell her what to do to
convert it, but it's worth a shot!
