Does anyone know how to convert a Word 97 file so that it is readable
by anything running in DOS? I desperately need to read a file that's
2.2Mb (yes - that's megabytes) long. I don't care whether it's in HTML
or PDF or whatever, just so long as I can read it.
I've tried View V16 but it crashes on the length of file. Someone
tried microsoft's word viewer for windoze 3 but that takes over an hour
just to OPEN the file!! Then it crashes when trying to print.
Any clues VERY gratefully received!
