Employ yourself, then... in other words, your challenge is developing a
way to make a living out of your own home.  And you could probably find
small jobs (like cleaning) where human contact is minimal and continue
to support your other interests/hobbies.  Make your social contacts a
form of "exercise", instead of a stressful, job-involved chore -- since
you shouldn't give up learning from social interaction.

There's no need to be ashamed of limitations over which you have no
control.
