I need input about setting up my Diamond S3Trio64 video card/tv with
my sound card. The sound card is a PnP SoundBlaster 16 model CT4170.
It has two inputs on the card. One labeled CD, the other labeled AUX. I
am trying to get the TV audio to play through the sound card. What is
happening, is that the TV/Video input will ONLY work with the CD input.
And the CD will only work with the same input. Is there some way to
force my sound card to accept the input from the AUX plug??? Or, if
worse comes to worse, as I would never play a CD and use the TV tuner at
the same time, could I just rig up a Y-connector to the CD input that
both devices seem to prefer??? Or will this screw up Win95??
