Dear Alejandro,
I would recommend using eGroups (http://www.egroups.com) as a
host. They host thousands of private discussion groups, and you
can use it from anywhere you have a WWW browser. It can be run
as a mailing list, but you can also use the WWW interface to post
and read the archives of the mail. As far as I know, there is no
NNTP interface to it, though.
