SetEdit is 32-bit so I don't think it's very appropiate for a 8088 ;-)
It's also quite large, only the exe file is 454K - and you need some other
things as well.
For 386 work it's very nice - and apparently much more stable than RhIDE
(both are used for programming but can also be used for normal text
editing/viewing). I don't know if it has any support for word-wrapping the
text.
