Wow, here 1 kWh is about 8c US.
Aren't there heaps of Nuclear Power Stations, which are meant to
be cheap to run, in your part of the world? I know almost all of my
electricity comes from coal-fired stations. Down south there's a
couple of hydroelectric plants, but the grids are not connected. (yet)
