Seeing to the cost to produce I think Iceland is the worst since it's
virtually free to produce it there.
Speaking of telco there's an option to pay 1.9USD a month and then dial
without charge to everyone else that has the same phone company. They are
a bit more expensive on cell phone costs so I haven't changed, yet
anyway. It's an interesting way to get BBSes back up and running since it
wouldn't cost anything to dial if both have this company.
