Atleast a program run in the background is doing that on lower resources
while it doesn't in Win95. P120 win 3.11 works fine for playing mp3s and
doing any other thing I can imagine, P166MMX win 95 can't even play a mp3
and scroll a window at the same time.

I still use Netscape 3.04, the biggest reason is because it's so much
easier to turn images on/off (Alt-O-A) and that setting is for each window.
Frames did exist and was used much (I prefer pages with frames over those
with Tables myself so I tend to go back to those pages). The web was NOT
text based (that was "a long time ago in a Internet far away..." <g>) so I
did load images quite often. Windows NT is more stable than 95 but since it
isn't as good at games you might not like it.
