Well, at that point I would keep it. I have the perfect SCSI drive for
it, and 80meg Quantum. I also have several Adaptec SCSI cards.
Something else I might try would be a cd-rom. I have an extra scsi
cd-rom. I would have to leave out the floppy, but that shouldn't be too
big a deal. One I got it set up as an audio cd-player for my room, I
wouldn't need the floppy. I even have an amp, I could use. I don't
know.......we'll see.

I was thinking along the lines of another Survpc'er buying it, or a kid
just starting out. My 12 year old cousin has had an old 286, and an
8088 laptop, so a few kids will tinker with old computers. Since he is
starting young, I figure he might actually get into the nuts and bolts
of a computer. It suprises me to see the turnover of computers at
Goodwill.... someones got to be buying them!

I actually was able to talk my Dad into letting me have the car :-) I
didn't think I would be able to. When it does actually run again, I am
sure it will get better mileage than my new (1999) Chevy truck. My
truck is a 1 ton 4x4 with a 454 CID engine :-)
