You're right... we discussed this, and I found in my
Okidata printer manual where it said to alter a certain
dip switch to adjust to this difference in the
TRS-80 Model 100.

I'm now on a mailing list called "Club 100" that deals
almost exclusively with these machines, and my M100
is now being restored and tuned by Richard Hanson, who
has done this sort of thing for years... he has hundreds
of these machines in stock, restored and ready for sale,
for those who don't own one.
