Connecting DOS computer to Windows 98

Hi,

    Is it difficult to connect a DOS computer to a
Windows 98 network using a 3com Lan card?

    I have a 386/25 2Mb RAM 120 MB with a 3com Lan
card, and I would like to connect it to my Pentium
computer using Windows 98. Is this possible? Is this
very difficult?
