Thanks for the offer, Sam, but I was able to make the necessary disk
from the web site pointed out by Bob George.

What I *would* be interested in knowing (and you can reply to me off
list about this, if you like) about any of those never-used reference
materials for the XT that you might part with.

By the way, I should refer to the PX/XT disk as the Advanced Diagnostics
disk, to be accurate.

Just my opinion... either keep that orginal, unused IBM PC package
right where it is or donate it to a reputable computer museum.  I
personally believe that such rare, well preserved items should not be
used in any normal sense, and that items that have already had some
use are better left for SurvPC purposes (like this PC/XT I'm using at
the moment).
