Thanks for all the help from everyone on helping me select my hub. I had to choose between a router, hub or switch. Finally i selected a new asante 5 port hub which i found for ed price of $63 CAN. ($40 US) Now i have to select a software networking aide. I am tempted to use DAVE. However on one website that i think i got to from extrememe tech, recommended employing a client / software on the Windows machine. As my PIII is way faster than my 233 Mac, this might be a consideration. What over considerations are there.? I also have Linux on my Piii, but i will have to share files from my Mac to import into framemaker. if there is a website w/ reviews or instructions on this matter i would appreciate it.
