Not loadlin by itself.  It's just a loader.  It needs a kernel
and a filesystem to load.  If you have a Linux filesystem on
one of your partitions, you could put loadlin and a kernel in
a DOS directory and point them at your Linux partition.

However, if your Linux partition is "trashed", it may not
come up for you.  You might need a rescue/repair floppy
(like tomsrtbt) to fix it.
